Riksteatern Hallunda

Riksteatern is Sweden’s largest producing touring theatre, a publicly funded theatre institution and a social movement headquartered in Botkyrka municipality. 

Riksteatern’s premises in Hallunda were built in the 80s to accommodate theatres, dance and rehearsal rooms, as well as offices, and carpentry and painting workshops. Today, the premises in Hallunda are a pulsating melting pot of performing arts. Every year more than 40 productions rehearse here before going on tour across the country.
